The Training Solutions division has a vacant position of a E-learning Developer. The E-Learning Developer designs, develops, manages and enhances e-learning courses and materials that align with organisational standards, industry best practices and stakeholder expectations. The role requires efficient project management, technical support, training and continuous evaluation to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative e-learning solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and qualifications:
• A bachelor degree in instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in e-learning development, instructional design, multimedia or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
• Extensive experience in working with Learning Management Systems.
• Advanced computer skills: Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise 360 and other related software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design of online material, interactive multimedia and web products for e-learning.
• Internal processes: project management of e-learning activities.
• Customers: technical support and training.
• Evaluation and quality monitoring.
